*Why do the files I received show different colors than the sample?*
Digital embroidery files come with pre-assigned colors, but every file format uses its own unique color coding and display system. So slight color variations across different formats are completely normal.

Keep in mind: An embroidery design’s final color depends on the thread and fabric you select—the sample colors are provided *for reference only*. This lets you personalize your physical embroidery with your favorite hues—another great perk of DIY embroidery!

*Can I stitch your designs on children’s shirts and sell them for my small business?*
Absolutely! You’re welcome to stitch these digital designs onto children’s shirts and sell the finished items as part of your small business. Thank you for asking!

*Why can’t I find the PES files?*
Occasionally, due to computer system settings or unforeseen factors, PES files may display with the label “regcure” (instead of “PES”), which can make them hard to locate. While I haven’t personally encountered this issue, it’s feedback shared by some of my customers.

If you’re unable to find the PES files, please reach out to me through my Etsy shop—I’ll send the PES files to you via email right away.

*What should I do if my downloaded file is corrupted ?*
If you run into a corrupted downloaded file, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll promptly send a new, lossless (uncompressed) file to the email associated with your account.
